Rivets are only available in Post and Beam Connections, they are not available in Lapped Shear Connections.
Rivet design has been done using the formulations in Appendix A.12.7.2.3.
For connections loaded parallel to grain, the maximum number of rivet rows is 26 and maximum number of rivets per row is 20. For connections loaded perpendicular to grain or at an angle to the grain, the maximum number of rivet rows is 10 and the maximum number of rivets per row is 20.
Installation clearances for rivets are 25 mm.
