The default database that comes with the program contains the following hold-down connectors from the Simpson CC-2021 2012-2023 Wood Construction Connectors Catalog.
HDU Series
These these hold-downs consist of brackets connected to the studs by 1/4" diameter, 2-1/2" SDS Heavy-Duty screws. They are pre-deflected during manufacturing to minimize deflection due to bracket stretching. The database contains HDU2, HDU4, HDU5, HDU8, HDU11, and HDU14 models, with allowable tension loads ranging from 2215 lb to 14,445 lb. Anchor bolts range from 5/8" to 1" diameter and brackets are constructed with 14 - 7 ga steel.
DTT Series
These are light-duty tension ties, and some models can be attached to a single end stud. DTT1Z models are fastened with nails or with 1-1/2" SD screws, and DTT2Z models with 1-1/2" or 2-1/2" heavy-duty SDS screws. Allowable tension loads range from 840 lb to 2145 lb. Anchor bolt diameter is 3/8" for the DTT1Z and 1/2" for the DTT2Z. Brackets are constructed with 14 ga steel.
HHDQ/HDQ8 Series
These are high-load, low-deflection with raised anchor-bolt seating arrangements. The HHDQ comes in two models, the HHDQ11 and HHDQ14. They are fasted with heavy-duty SDWS 1/4" diameter screws; 2.5" for the HHDQ and 3" for the HDQ8. Allowable tension loads range from 4915 to 9230 for the HDQ8, and 8425 to 13719 for the HHDQ. Anchor bolt diameter is 7/8" for the HDQ8 and 1" for the HHDQ. Brackets are constructed with 7 ga steel.
HTT/LTT Series
These are light- to medium-duty tension ties designed for wood-to-concrete connections that can also be used for overturning hold-down applications. All are fastened with nails or with SD screws of various sizes, and have anchor bolts ranging from 1/2"-3/4" diameter. The database contains LTTP2, HTT4, HTT5 and HTT5KT models (KT means it is sold as a kit with brackets, washer and screws included. ) Allowable tension loads range from 1695 to 2275 for the LTTP2, and 2580 to 4830 for the HTT series. LTT ties are constructed with 10 ga steel for LTTP2 and 11 ga for the HTT series.
HD/HDB Series
These are hold-downs fastened to the studs with bolts with a wide range of strengths. The database includes HD3B, HD5B, HD7B, HD9B, HD12, and HD19, with allowable tension loads ranging from 1610 lbs to 19070 lbs. Anchor bolt diameter ranges from 5/8" to 1-1/4", and stud bolts from 5/*" to 1". The brackets are constructed with steel ranging from 12 ga to 3 ga.
Separate Bolt Elongation, Bracket Elongation and Fastener Slippage
There are no longer standard hold-downs for which you calculate fastener slippage, bolt elongation, and/or bracket elongation separately.
Examples of data for separate components are found in Simpsons Strong-Tie Bolt Hold-down Evaluation Reports 130 and 143.
