The table below lists the design code provisions applicable to shear wall design for the following materials

from the AWC Special Design Provisions for Wind and Seismic (SDPWS) and the ASCE 7.

Bending Resistance

Gypsum materials have no resistance to out-of-plane wind loads. If used on an exterior surface, no C&C loads should be applied to that building face.
