Use 0.5L in LRFD Combinations 3 and 4
This setting implements ASCE 7 2.3.1 Exception 1 that allows for 0.5L rather than 1.0L in ASD combinations 4 and 5, which combine wind and earthquake loads with other loads. This is allowed only if the the minimum uniform load Lo for the building occupancy from Table 4.3-1 is 100 psf or less.
