Use 0.5L in LRFD Combinations 3 and 4
This setting implements ASCE 7 2.3.1 Exception 1 that allows for 0.5L rather than 1.0L in LRFD combinations 3 and 4, which combine live with wind, snow or live roof loads. This is allowed only if the the minimum uniform live load Lo for the building occupancy from Table 4.3-1 is 100 psf or less.
