Column to Base Connections

The connectors are installed in the "b" face to resist uplift loads and the clip angles are installed on the "d" face to resist lateral loads.

Loads are distributed in a triangular pattern under the side clip angles.

• There is a 6 mm base plate below the column.
• Steel plates must be at least 6 mm from the edge of a column.
