The program implements the Equivalent Lateral Force Procedure from ASCE 7 12.8. Seismic Ground Motion values, Importance Factor, and Seismic Design Category are taken from ASCE 7 11.4 - 11.6. Provisions from 12.1, 12.2, 12.3, 12.4, 12.6, 12.7, 12.10, 12.11 and 12.12 are also used.
