Wind Load Generation in Design Results Summary – Miscellaneous Changes

Important Note – These are descriptions to changes implemented in WoodWorks Shearwalls for version 10.0 and may not reflect current behavior

  1. Torsional Analysis Note in Shear Results

The note at the start of the Shear Design section of the Design Results explaining that torsional analysis according to 28.4-1 Note 5 is not done now differentiates between the case of 2 stories or less and three stories or more, providing a different explanation for these two cases.

  2. Static Analysis in Site Information Output

If Dynamic Analysis, Flexible Buildings is not selected, the program outputs Static Analysis ( Rigid Buildings). Previously it did not indicate anything.
