Speed-up over Hills and Escarpments

To implement a topographic factor, you can enter Hill Type (None, 2-D Ridge, 2-D Escarpment, 3-D Hill), the length and height of the hill and the distance of the building from the crest. For escarpments, there is a check box to indicate whether the building is on top of or below the crest.
