You choose between Rough and Open for terrain to determine the Exposure factor Ce from NBC 4.1.7.4 5). This is used to determine the exposure factor Ce.
It is assumed that this category applies to all wind directions; i.e. it is not possible to define an exposure for wind from one direction and another for the opposite direction or transverse direction. It is also not possible to enter a terrain intermediate between Rough and Open.
